These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between SEO Link Agency S.r.l. ("SEO Link Agency", "we") and any individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services through seolinkagency.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
SEO Link Agency provides digital marketing and SEO services including Link Acquisition, SEO Architecture, Organic Visibility, Digital PR, Content Strategy, and Competitor Intelligence. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. The specific scope of any engagement is confirmed in writing after the onboarding call and before work begins.
Service descriptions on service pages and in checkout summaries are indicative. The final scope is defined in the written strategy document delivered in week two of each engagement, which the Client must approve before execution begins.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. One-time projects (Discovery package and service-specific projects): 50% on project commencement, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers (Authority and Dominance): invoiced monthly on the same calendar date as the first payment.
Italian businesses with a registered P.IVA must contact us before purchase for correct invoicing with IVA documentation. Individuals and non-Italian businesses are invoiced without IVA at the applicable rate for their jurisdiction.
SEO Link Agency does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, Domain Rating improvements, organic traffic levels, or link acquisition results in any given timeframe. Search engine algorithms are operated by third parties (including Google) entirely outside our control. We guarantee the quality and volume of work delivered each month and report results transparently. Our 96% client retention rate reflects that the work produces results over time.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate information at checkout and during onboarding; grant required access (Google Search Console, GA4, existing link data) within 5 business days of project start; review and respond to deliverables within 7 business days; and not simultaneously engage other link building agencies for overlapping keyword targets without informing us in writing.
All links acquired by SEO Link Agency are placed on real editorial websites with genuine organic traffic and editorial standards. We do not use private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or paid directory submissions. Each placed link is accompanied by the live URL, Domain Rating, and publication name for independent verification. If a Client requests link types that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines, SEO Link Agency reserves the right to decline without refund of pre-paid fees.
Content produced by SEO Link Agency under contract (reports, content briefs, strategy documents, articles where included) is licensed to the Client for their own use upon receipt of full payment. SEO Link Agency retains the right to reference the nature of the engagement in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client requests otherwise in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. SEO Link Agency will not disclose client business data, analytics figures, or link strategy details to third parties without written consent, except as required by Italian or EU law.
Monthly retainers may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice to info@seolinkagency.com, after the minimum 3-month term has elapsed. One-time projects are considered complete upon final delivery and client acceptance. Refund terms on termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
SEO Link Agency's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. SEO Link Agency is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, ranking changes caused by Google algorithm updates, or losses arising from the Client's own actions on their website.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to Google algorithm changes, platform policy changes, or natural disasters.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy, unless the Client is a consumer resident in another EU member state in which case they may also bring proceedings before their local courts.
We may revise these Terms. For active retainer clients, changes take effect 30 days after written notification. For new purchases, the Terms published at the time of purchase apply.
